This years car is the QD-racer, 1:10 Porche

Examination/Presentation

The examination will be in room E6 at Odense University Collge of Engineering

The examination is wednesday the 6. October from 10:00 to 12:30

Each team will make a 15 minute presentation in the following order:

1. Team 5: Controlling the drive motor
2. Team 3: Controlling the angle of the front wheels
3. Team 2: Sensing the position of the line using an array of reflective sensors
4. Team 4: Sensing the line with a LASER scanner
5. Team 1: Following the track

After each presentation, the team will answer questions

• New Wheels The new wheels have arrived. Please follow the official guide for mounting them http://morfars.dk/product.asp?product=2582&page=1
• Tip: You can check out the reports from last years AF-50, to get inspiration for your journals. You can find the reports on http://www.af50.gratiswiki.dk
• We have borrowed a Video Recorder, so we can make (digital) video from the course. It will be administered by Anders and Andreas. If you have anyting you want to preserve for posterity, feel free to film it.
• A reporter from the local newspaper - Hanne Frette - will cover our progress during the course.
  • Hanne Frette visited us tuesday the 3. and will return with a photographer thursday the 12.
• We will be 22 students this year. See the list of People
• We have reserved rooms D-209 & D-211 for this years AF-50
• We are invited to give an AGV demonstration at the "Odense Havn - for sejl i 1000 år" event, august the 26.
